Your Role as an Assistant Teacher As an Assistant Teacher, youll team up with our Lead Teachers to bring our high-quality, play-based curriculum to life, aligned with Oklahoma QRIS and NAEYC standards. Youll be a vital part of our classroom, helping little learners thrive through: • Supporting daily activities, from hands-on play to structured lessons, sparking curiosity and excitement. • Keeping kids safe and happy during classroom time, playground fun, and transitions. • Setting up engaging learning centers and preparing materials to create a welcoming, child-friendly space. • Offering individualized attention to meet each childs unique needs, building their confidence and skills. • Collaborating with your team to keep families in the loop about their childs day and milestones. What Were Looking For Education: A high school diploma is a must; coursework or a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is a bonus! Experience: Previous preschool or childcare experience is a plus, but a big heart for kids is what matters most.
