Brightland Homes is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to develop and administer content designed to engage users and foster an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The Company offers numerous options to help its employees achieve their financial, professional, and wellness goals including: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options • Paid time off • Company-provided life insurance policy • 401(k) plan and match • Gym membership reimbursement • Career development and opportunities for advancement • Charitable activities and more General Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify and upload/create artwork, articles, and other items to the Company's digital marketing to keep them current and relevant • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including content development, ads, posts, images, and videos • Manage the Company's online reputation by tracking and coordinating feedback from various social media websites and ensuring follow-up • Coordinate model home photography for all divisions • Perform market research, including industry trends, competitive information, and competitors' marketing efforts, and perform market analysis • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy • Assist in administering promotions and monitor/track ad performance; make recommendations based on information gathered • Identify and develop new approaches to the Company's digital marketing • Develop and expand digital audiences • Oversee ad and post design • Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of digital campaigns • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience • Highly skilled in the use and administration of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, X, etc. • Desire to learn and grow in the marketing field • Knowledge of practices and procedures for conducting market research • Strong customer service skills • Advanced Excel skills • Detail-oriented and precise in work product • Highly creative • Highly organized • Able to multitask and see projects through to completion • Strong time management skills • Able to develop and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships At Brightland Homes, LTD. employment opportunity is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, ancestry, national origin, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
