Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions: • Oversees the assembling project team, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project. • Must be familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. • Communicates with Senior Project Manager and/or Functional Area Manager regarding status of specific projects. • Regular attendance at work on a full-time schedule of at least 8 hours and 40 hours per week • Other functions may be assigned

Qualifications

Education: • Successful completion of a 4 year degree in a directly-related area such as Business Management or Computer Science Experience: • 3 - 5 years of directly-related experience in the of project management, resource management and/or project assessment techniques; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Marketing experience and PPM tools such as Monday.com, Clarity, Planview is preferred. Skills & Abilities: Preferred: • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle • Proficient in defining and prioritizing delivery activities Proficient in developing project charter and schedules Ability to effectively manage project risks and issues • Ability to manage project organization, meetings, estimations and cost control • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work cooperatively and successfully with other project team members without interpersonal or team conflicts • Ability to effectively communicate risks and issues that may impact employees ability to perform job functions and meet expectation • Ability to provide coaching and career development to team members Ability to solve problems by using a logical and systematic approach Knowledge of financial tools and processes
