Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at State Farm, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation as a trusted insurance provider. Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. • Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions. • Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and product offerings. • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction. • Analyze customer feedback to improve service processes. Qualifications • Position Requires P&C License. Must be License. • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments. • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly. • Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clientele. • Familiarity with data entry processes and software applications is preferred. • Sales experience is beneficial but not required. • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively. • Commitment to providing excellent client services.
