Previous experience & knowledge about home goods or sales isn't needed. • Advancement - Reps who work here long term (even if they work part time) are able to move along several different paths including management and career sales professional. • Choice of Location - Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are usually held in the office.
