As a Sales Ops at AGICAP, your role will be to support the Sales team by streamlining operational tasks, analyzing performance metrics and creating sales enablement resources to enhance efficiency and drive success.

What you will do

  • Fully understand our targets and our value proposition for the Italian market
  • Supporting the Sales team in operational activities, ensuring that every stage of the sales cycle is managed effectively.
  • Collect, organize and analyze relevant sales data to produce actionable insights.
  • Monitore sales performance to identify improvement areas.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to equip Account Executives with the support and tools required to maximize their performance
  • ⭐ What we are looking for

  • Fluent/Native Italian speaker with a full professional proficiency in English
  • Sales or lead gen experience in SaaS environment targeting SMBs is a bonus
  • Advanced analytical skills and mindset
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals, you are a “Hunter” and a “Doer”
  • Strong rigor and organization, ability to drive the sales team and improve performance
  • Enthusiasm and team spirit
