You will work closely with our employees, board members, and various stakeholders to make an impact in the community. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising Lead efforts to generate financial support for our healthcare programs, focusing on grants, donations, and community partnerships. Event Planning: Coordinate and execute fundraising events and initiatives to raise awareness and drive donations. Networking: Build relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and state resources to foster collaboration. Collaborative Teamwork: Work with employees and board members, contributing innovative ideas and working independently when needed. Social Media Utilize social media and other electronic applications to support fundraising efforts and enhance visibility. Grant Writing Lead and support grant writing and reporting efforts to secure funding for ongoing programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in fundraising and donor development. Strong expertise in grant writing, reporting, and management. Event planning experience, with a focus on logistics and fundraising. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with social media platforms and fundraising software. Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare privacy laws. Excellent time management and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
