isolved Systems Analyst Specialist

What's the role? The Systems Analyst Specialist is responsible for being the subject matter expert for working deep in the isolved system to ensure it is operating seamlessly for the Payroll Solutions team and their clients while providing excellent customer service. Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Provide positive support & guidance to clients and service professionals across our customer base that use our platform. • Maintain system-level product information and update accordingly. • Configure the system accordingly and share updates with internal staff. • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of iSolved platform to diagnose software issues, engaging with our product teams to solve more complex product issues. • Implement and maintain API/EDI feeds. Build sync and/or bridges for file feeds to 3rd party vendors. • Extract and import data as needed for implementation teams. • Configure and convert data from a .pdf form to an importable format for iSolved. • Collaborate with managers or sales teams to identify opportunities for existing customers to grow their existing account. • Assist clients and internal staff with report writing. • Create and monitor isolved Netsuite tickets accordingly.
