Remote Senior Payroll Accountant

KeyLogic has an immediate need for a Senior Payroll Accountant. The position can be remote. Position Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • 5-7 years' of experience • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Minimum of 3 years of experience processing multi-state payroll • High attention to detail • Strong organization and time management skills • Experience with ADP WorkForceNow • Experience with Costpoint • Government Contracting experience Position Responsibilities: • Process multi-jurisdiction semi-monthly payroll for 300+ employees using ADP WorkForceNow: • Prepare and submit error free payroll processing • Complete all associated payroll entries • Set up all new state withholding, unemployment, and other tax related accounts, when necessary • Manage all payroll related audits and information requests • Costpoint Timekeeping System Maintenance and Support: • Ensure all employee timesheets are completed and processed accurately and in a timely manner • Main point of contact for support to employees utilizing the Costpoint timekeeping system • Assist with Month Close activities: • Reconciliations • Journal Entries • Reporting • Assist with corporate audits • Other duties as assigned About KeyLogic: Supporting critical missions at the intersection of data and science, KeyLogic provides mission management, systems analysis, data analytics, digital transformation, and cybersecurity to customers in the energy, federal civilian, and defense sectors, with a 20+ year portfolio of successes supporting DOE, DOC, EPA, DOD, DHS, FBI, and other federal agencies challenged with complex missions.
