Key Responsibilities: -Prepare review engagement working paper files. -Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all financial documents. -Automate bank reconciliation, focusing on collection processes and troubleshooting unbalanced branch deposits. -Prepare weekly cash inflow forecasts and assist in cash flow forecasting. -Resolve client billing issues and provide weekly updates to the operations team on accounts receivable delinquency. -Perform month-end accounts receivable reconciliations. -Analyze customer and product/course sales trends. -Assist with month-end and year-end processes. -Undertake other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant.
