Remote Part-Time Bookkeeper | WFH

Key Responsibilities • Efficiently manage and maintain multiple QuickBooks files by accurately entering transactions. • Reconcile various accounts, including bank, credit card, and line of credit, within QuickBooks. • Conduct audits on vendor and customer accounts to ensure precision in accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R). • Prepare and deliver clear and accurate financial statements. • Ensure all transactions are supported by appropriate documentation to uphold accuracy. • Assist small businesses in achieving their financial objectives through reliable support and timely reminders. Required Skills • Associate’s degree or higher. • QuickBooks Online certification. • Proven experience managing multiple QuickBooks files for various companies. • Strong typing skills paired with meticulous attention to detail. • Professional phone etiquette and superb communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Qualifications • A minimum of a 2-year degree. • QuickBooks Online certification is mandatory. • Experience in managing multiple QuickBooks files is essential.
