Customer & Technical Support - Part Time (MUST LOVE CATS)!!

Candidates must live in the Phoenixville, PA area. We are currently looking for an experienced, friendly, tech-savvy, Customer Support Representative to work from home. Our home office is in Pennsylvania. This candidate should be prepared to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for the CatGenie, Self-Washing Cat Box. This a part time position. The schedule is Tuesday - Friday 9:00 am-2:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:30 am - 6:30 pm • Must have an adequate set-up and be able to work efficiently from home. • Must have secure, password protected WIFI. • Must be team oriented. • Must have separate childcare for babies and/or toddlers. • Must be able to diagnose issues and talk a customer through steps to resolution (previous troubleshooting skills preferred) • Must be able to provide quick yet thorough assistance with troubleshooting, orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries • Must be a critical thinker • Must be able to work as a team and independently • Ability to prioritize workload and work between several projects/tasks • Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills. • Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice • Data entry with speed and accuracy, while navigating different types of software • Punctuality and great attendance • Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge • Previous work experience working directly with customers preferred • Must be able to turn constructive feedback into growth CatGenie customer service is a brand, and we have a strong reputation for providing exceptional customer service.
