Job Role: Customer Service Advisor Salary £30,802 Location: Central London Hours: Monday - Friday Between 8am- 4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm (Flexible rota) Hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 at home, fully remote or fully office based options available (full time and part time options available) Start date 13th January 2025 Due to training, no annual leave to be taken from 13th of January to 28th of February 2025 inclusive. Responsibility for this Customer Service Advisor role • Update member account details • Answer queries and provide general advice and assistance • Meet or exceed personal productivity targets • Contribute to team productivity targets • Meet or exceed personal quality targets • Deliver an exceptional member experience • Log and record all interactions onto the CRM system. Skills required for this Customer Service role • Excellent attention to detail and listening skills • Clear communication skills • The ability to provide the highest standards of customer service possible, delivering a personalised approach for each individual member • The ability to retain and utilise complex product and technical information.

  • Strong numeracy, literary and MS office skills

• Strong technical knowledge of computers would be a benefit • The ability to meet home working requirements, available on request • The ability to work efficiently under pressure while still delivering a premium service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate these by telephone, e-mail and letter

• For hybrid/fully remote options you must have wifi, a landline and office set up in place (Essential) • If successful you must be available to attend a half day assessment centre on Thursday 28th of November from 9am-12noon (Essential) and thereafter available for a 1 hour 1-2-1 interview on Friday 29th of November at an allocated time Please let the consultant know which work option you can commit to and note for the remote working option you will be able to be fully home based once the training is completed and all the dates will be given to you in advance so you can plan your diary.
