Job Description: Quality Builders is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team. This is a virtual/remote position where you will work hand in hand to support our local project team. Check out our VISION to learn more about where we are headed www.qualitybuilders.com/our-vision PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Subcontractor coordination • Subcontractor payments • Ordering material • Recording meeting minutes • Updating construction schedules • Submitting daily reports • Document control KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods and terminology • Ability to follow through on tasks to completion, and ask questions when necessary • Keen attention to detail • Ability to recognize and solve problems • High degree of competence in verbal and written communication • Proficiency in Google suite and open to learning new softwares • Spanish fluency would be a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • 1.
