Key Responsibilities Manage your own litigation caseload, overseeing cases from initiation to conclusion. Work closely with fellow attorneys and partners on a variety of legal initiatives. Regularly attend court appearances and depositions. Maintain communication with clients, offering timely updates and status reports. Ensure adherence to relevant client guidelines. Required Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of general liability, premises liability, trucking, and transportation law. Familiarity with legal project management is advantageous. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution. Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada. A minimum of 3 years' experience in general liability, including exposure to premises liability, trucking, and transportation.
