Full-time position in the NBS service center taking in-bound calls, working an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth... This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt. Duties • Answer and respond to incoming participant phone calls, voice mails and emails • Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas • Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor • Review and approve reimbursement claims Qualifications • Have strong typing and 10key skills • Have excellent customer service skills • Be highly motivated • Have positive attitude • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately • Ability to work well within a team • Spanish speaking useful Education and Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent is required Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
