Support Specialist

to join our dynamic team. This part-time, work-from-home position is perfect for entry-level candidates eager to start their careers in a fast-paced environment. As a Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and operational support to various teams within the organization. ### Responsibilities: -

Customer Support:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding Lennar’s products and services. -

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and confidence, ensuring a positive experience for customers. -

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to gather information and provide insights that enhance overall customer support strategies. -

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system and ensure all necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner. -

Product Knowledge:

Develop a strong understanding of Lennar’s offerings, policies, and processes to effectively assist customers. -

Feedback Loop:

Collect customer feedback and relay pertinent information to relevant departments to drive improvements in service delivery. -

Special Projects:

Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by management, exhibiting reliability and flexibility. -

Training Participation:

Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills relevant to a support specialist role. -

Change Adaptability:

Embrace and adapt to changes within the working environment, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving. ### Requirements: -

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in a related field is preferred but not required. -

Experience:

No prior experience is necessary; we are looking for candidates who display eagerness to learn and grow within the organization. -

Confident Attitude:

Must possess a confident demeanor, enabling you to engage effectively with customers and colleagues alike. -

Reliability:

Proven reliability in attendance, follow-through on tasks, and commitment to team goals. -

Soft Skills:

Strong teamwork and leadership abilities, empowering you to contribute positively to group projects and initiatives. -

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. -

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using computers and various software applications; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. -
