Cold Caller - Easy Gig (contacts provider for you)
We are in need of someone to reach out by phone (or in-person) to companies where our clients have previously applied for employment. You must call the employer within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the company's name and phone number. Your primary goal will be to land an interview for our clients, who is the applicant that recently applied to work there. You will speak with the hiring manager or... decision maker about our job training and placement program in brief, and ask for the opportunity for us to bring the person in for an interview. You will speak positively about the client who lives right there in the community where the company is located. The rate will be $3 per phone call and there may be up to 50 employers sent to you per week to call. Company names and phone numbers will be sent to you via Upwork or a company email will be set up for you. Leads will come in on a daily basis. There will be a $20 bonus for each interview scheduled. There will be a $50 bonus per hire. This is a month by month project, projected for long-term; and will be broken up and paid in weekly milestones via Upwork Apply Job!
