Responsibilities

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow. Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools. Experience Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus. Working Hours Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs. Full-time and part-time positions available. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume inquiries. Proficient in using computers and familiar with various software applications.
