Cummins is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities

As a Client Service Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer experience through efficient service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: -

Client Interaction:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional manner. This includes providing timely resolutions and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. -

Issue Resolution:

Identify, document, and resolve customer issues by offering effective solutions and recommendations. Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and ensure a streamlined service experience. -

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system. Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and contribute to process improvements. -

Sales Support:

Assist in upselling products and services that meet clients' needs, thereby contributing to business growth while ensuring the clients’ best interests are prioritized. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback and insights to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement. Act on this feedback to enhance service delivery continuously. -

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and managers to develop and implement best practices in client service. Participate in team meetings, sharing new ideas and strategies to enhance client satisfaction. -

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Generate reports on client interactions and satisfaction metrics to inform management decisions. ###

Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications: -

Experience:

A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a service-oriented or sales environment. -

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. -

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn new software and tools as required. -
