Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy. 3. Provide accurate information about Amazon’s products and services. 4. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. 5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction. 7. Continuously improve service quality and efficiency by providing feedback and suggestions.
