High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 7. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred. Responsibilities 1. Manage and respond to emails promptly. 2. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. 3. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. 4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations. 5. Maintain digital records and files. 6. Conduct research as required. 7. Provide administrative support to various departments.
