Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, researching answers, and implementing solutions. • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. • Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer service processes. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a virtual environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficiency with computers and various software applications. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed. Educational Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Some college education preferred. Experience: • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
