Job Description

As a WFM – Data Entry Specialist at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our workforce management data. Your responsibilities will include entering, updating, and managing data related to employee schedules, attendance, and other operational metrics. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will help ensure that our teams are well-supported and that operations run smoothly. Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. – Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. – Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. – Strong attention to detail and accuracy. – Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. – Strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities – Entering and updating data in various systems and databases. – Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple platforms. – Generating scheduled and ad-hoc reports based on data analysis. – Identifying discrepancies in data and resolving them promptly. – Collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes. – Assisting in the creation of process documentation and training materials. – Participating in team meetings and contributing to project discussions.
