What do we offer? • Competitive Pay • Comprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Time, 401k w/match, etc.) • Growth Opportunity and Career Advancement • Agile and Adaptable team culture • Innovative and revolutionary technology solutions • A higher calling to provide quality patient care What will you be doing? • Be the voice of Dragonfly Health – You will handle a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance or changes in service. • Provide Expert Assistance – Acts as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers and operations. • Promote Health and Wellness – Help guide our patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure that they get the very best care. • Document Interactions – Keep accurate records of customer communications, ensuring all details are logged and tracked for follow-up or reporting purposes. What are we looking for? • High School Diploma or GED required. • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to handle each call with professionalism even in a high stress situation. • Flexible schedule – The ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation is a must • Bi-lingual (Spanish) would be a plus but is not required. • Ability to operate in a high volume, fast paced work environment with adherence to established metrics. • Requires reliable internet connectivity and not a mobile hotspot. • Experience operating in a similar remote capacity preferred.
