Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries about flights, reservations, changes, and more. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in our systems. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing feedback to management. Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Hospitality, or related field is preferred. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred. 4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and workloads.
