Key Responsibilities: • Research and book hotel accommodations for clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel itineraries. • Communicate with hotels and other accommodation providers to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates for clients' stays. • Provide assistance and support to clients regarding hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and other accommodation-related inquiries. • Maintain accurate records of hotel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of hotel bookings and travel arrangements.
