As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will assist clients in planning their adventures, offering expert advice, personalized itineraries, and the latest travel insights, all while enjoying the freedom to work at your own pace and schedule. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients via phone, email, and text to understand their travel preferences, expectations, and budget. Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, amenities, dining options, and activities to create custom travel itineraries. Coordinate and secure bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions, ensuring every detail is in place. Provide friendly, thorough, and timely customer service, addressing inquiries, travel concerns, and special requests. Stay informed about travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and industry trends to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for clients. Cultivate positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States. Have a social security number or EIN. Own a computer with reliable internet access. A passion for travel and a desire to help others plan their perfect trips. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities for managing reservations and itineraries. Proficiency in computer use, social media, and email; ability to attend Zoom meetings.
