As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about our services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via live chat, ensuring their experience with Delta Airlines is positive and stress-free.
