Skills • At least 2 years of customer service experience in any industry. • Familiarity with help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to resolve inquiries effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work well in a team and consult the right stakeholders to resolve client issues. Responsibilities • Provide clear and knowledgeable responses to client inquiries. • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. • Address and resolve client issues, update account information, and follow up to ensure requests are fully addressed. • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet production targets consistently. • Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve inquiries. • Assist in training new team members on customer service procedures. • Review and recommend improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency. Qualifications • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work well in a team environment. Education Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
