As a Loan Officer with Endurance Lending Group, you will have the freedom to work independently, setting your own schedule to generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, and guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing. Responsibilities: • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals • Analyze client financial information to determine eligibility for various loan programs • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations Qualifications: • Proven track record of success in mortgage loan origination along with an in-depth knowledge of loan products • 1+ Year of Loan origination experience • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads • Active mortgage loan originator (MLO) license required through the NMLS Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive commission-based pay ranging from 100 bps to 135 bps per loan depending on your current book of business and experience • Flexible work schedule with no required office hours • Opportunity for unlimited earning potential • Bonus structure available to those who surpass a certain level of production About Us – We’ll Go the Distance for You At Endurance Lending Group, we are more than just a mortgage brokerage.
