Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information about our services, and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Provide information on flight schedules, bookings, and policies. • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner. • Assist customers with special requests and accommodations. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
