### Job Description:

As a Cabin Crew Assistant at American Airlines, you will provide support to our cabin crew to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable flying experience for our passengers. This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of safety and customer service that American Airlines is known for.

### Responsibilities:

– Assist the cabin crew in the preparation of the cabin for flights

– Respond to passenger requests and provide assistance where needed

– Support the safety briefing to passengers and ensure safety procedures are followed

– Assist in the distribution and collection of meals, beverages, and other amenities

– Help maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin

– Work with the cabin crew to manage in-flight sales and services

– Participate in pre-flight briefings and debriefings

### Requirements:

– Minimum 18 years of age

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure

– Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

– Ability to lift luggage and other items weighing up to 35 pounds

– Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

– Able to pass a background check and drug screening

– Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

### Educational Qualifications:

– High School Diploma or equivalent required

– Further certifications in hospitality or customer service will be advantageous

### Experience:

– Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred, but not required

– Training specific to the responsibilities will be provided
