Job Description

As a part-time Customer Support Agent at Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless travel experience. You will be handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide information about Delta Airlines’ services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and modifications of flights.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Educational Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
