Job Description

As a Customer Service Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team and ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. This role involves managing daily operations, training staff, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze metrics and implement improvements
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the customer service team
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
  • Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics
  • Train and onboard new customer service representatives
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service management
