Qualifications: Boeing Global Services is seeking an Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist (L1) to join their team in Dallas, TX... This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Dallas, TX. Position Responsibilities: The assignment will require the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery of spares. Primary systems and tools include SCARS, SMPP, NWP, MS2, and Microsoft Excel. Responds to requests for quotes. Responds to post production customer supply inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution. Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity. Providing order status This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): Minimum of 1 year experience with Supply Chain related job duties 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills Experience working with ERP Experience working in Customer Relations and Supplier management Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners) Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience) Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
