Job Type Full-time Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. • Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer issues. • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. • Assist in the development of customer service protocols. • Continuously seek to improve customer service processes. Basic Educational Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Additional certification in customer service is a plus.
