As an Apple At Home Advisor, youll be the friendly voice of Apple, helping customers with their questions about our products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Apple customers via phone, chat, or email. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. Educate customers on Apple products and services. Document and report customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelors degree (preferred). Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Mac OS and iOS is an advantage.
