We are currently seeking a detail oriented, self-motivated, and reliable Customer Support Agent to fulfill a permanent and full-time position. Entry level and experienced candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply. Customer Support Agent’s Job Responsibilities: We are an online web store, so all your daily contact with our customers will be through phone calls and email. The right candidate to fulfill this role will be highly capable in tactful and diligent resolution when handling an issue that a customer may have. Our customers are more than just customers to us, and we strive to provide them with the most thorough, detailed, and considerate customer support available in the industry. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to the following: • Ability to answer customer questions via email and phone • Accurate and efficient data entry tasks such as manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, changing products on an order, updating shipping methods, thoroughly logging all interactions with customers, and others as needed. • Supervise that any relevant orders had shipped properly for the business day on our various platforms and channels • Other CS related or admin job duties as assigned • Multi-task and be able to type at least at 40 WPM Requirements: ·Must be at least 18 years old · High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of Customer Service experience. · Excellent computer knowledge and usability. ·Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required. ·Experience using help desk software and remote support tools ·Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ·The ability to effectively manage your time while multi-tasking ·Tactful customer issue resolution Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
