As a Launch Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting core operations and managing key initiatives for product launch planning. Your responsibilities will include... • Supporting core operations for launch planning by establishing processes and tools to gather feedback and provide updates during key milestones, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, and incorporating feedback from Launch Planners to improve processes and tools. • Managing team initiatives, including overseeing meeting agendas and minutes, tracking action items, and reporting progress to Launch Planners and team members, as well as identifying and reporting on success metrics for key projects. • Coordinating planning and communication efforts across various cross-functional teams. • Managing training programs related to in-market and new product launches. This role requires excellent project management skills to develop and execute processes and tools for launch planning, manage agendas, meeting minutes, and resolution of action items, and create and manage tracking matrices and dashboard summaries. You should also have a strong understanding of metrics and reporting, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Google Sheets and Slides). Additionally, you will be responsible for the program management and execution of the Product Training Program, including scheduling, content management, and program enhancements based on feedback and business needs, as well as managing and maintaining the program Wiki.
