Key Responsibilities: Listing Creation and Management: Create, optimize, and manage property listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, Zillow, and others. Ensure all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search visibility. Attention to Detail: Carefully input all property details, including photos, descriptions, amenities, and pricing, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Regularly review and update listings to maintain accuracy and relevance. Design and Aesthetics: Utilize your strong eye for design to select and arrange photos, write engaging descriptions, and present properties in the best possible light. Ensure that each listing stands out by focusing on high-quality visuals and appealing layouts. Efficiency and Focus: Work quickly and efficiently, staying focused on completing tasks with precision. Manage your time effectively to handle multiple listings and platforms within tight deadlines. Flexible Hours and Immediate Start: Start as soon as today or tomorrow—this is a high-priority project that needs immediate attention.
