Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary. Stay informed about Apple products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Requirements: Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written English. Passion for technology, particularly Apple products and services. Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
