Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: • Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat • Provide accurate information about products and services Appointment Setting • Collect appointment information and schedule appointments Knowledge Management • Develop and update a knowledge base on evolving products and services Lead Generation • Gather customer contact details for lead generation and client evaluation • Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client review Qualifications • Preferred experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred • Proficiency in basic internet and computer skills • Strong multitasking abilities, gaming experience is a plus • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Adaptability and enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting • Possess a patient, friendly attitude • Strong decision-making and analytical skills • Fluent in spoken and written English • Fast typing abilities are advantageous (minimum 35 WPM) • Successful completion of a background check • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification • Preferred 2+ years of experience in customer interaction, office setting, call center, or office customer service.
