As a Customer Service Representative at CVS, you will be an essential part of our mission to help people on their path to better health. You will handle customer inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote, work-from-home (WFH) position, allowing you to balance work with your personal life... effectively. Additional Information: Position Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Training: Comprehensive paid training provided Work Environment: Remote/Work from Home (WFH) Equipment: CVS will provide necessary equipment (computer, headset, etc.) Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Previous customer service experience (minimum of 1 year) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a call center environment Knowledge of CVS products and services Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Healthcare or pharmacy background
