Requirements
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience; healthcare background preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain customer and client confidentiality with respect
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- High School Diploma required
- Completion of a background check & drug screening
Required Equipment
- A laptop or desktop PC (excluding Apple products, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10
- Ability to connect to the internet source with an ethernet cable
- USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
- Webcam (external or embedded)
