Key Responsibilities: Manage calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for team members. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assist with document preparation, editing, and proofreading. Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Collaborate with team members to support special projects and initiatives. Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack). Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team. Experience: Previous experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role preferred. Working Hours: Part-time position with flexible hours. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiarity with basic office procedures and equipment. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
