Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an Experienced YouTube Creator and Video Editor. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing high-quality video content for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both content creation and video/audio editing, with a passion for storytelling and engaging our audience. Responsibilities: • Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative video ideas for our YouTube channel, aligning with our brand identity and target audience. • Write YouTube descriptions for video projects, ensuring clarity and coherence in messaging. • Film, edit, and produce video content using industry-standard equipment and software, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. • Stay informed about trends and developments in digital media, YouTube algorithms, and audience preferences, applying insights to optimize content strategy. • Manage and grow our YouTube channel, implementing best practices for audience engagement, SEO, and monetization. • Edit audio files, including podcast episodes, interviews, and voiceovers, to enhance sound quality and clarity. • Ensure that all video and audio content meet deadlines and aligns with brand guidelines and standards. • Monitor analytics and performance metrics for video content, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Requirements: • Proven experience as a YouTube creator and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and editing skills. • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, as well as audio editing software like Adobe Audition or Audacity. • A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, coupled with a deep understanding of visual and auditory storytelling principles. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of YouTube best practices, SEO techniques, and content monetization strategies. • Bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). • Knowledge of Asana team collaboration software (preferred but not required). • Knowledge of Zoho Cliq (preferred but not required).
