Coordinating appointments and property viewings with our team of real estate agents, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and following up as needed to ensure complete satisfaction. Collaborating with our sales and administrative teams to provide a cohesive and positive experience for our clients at every step of the process. Qualifications: We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a genuine passion for helping others (real estate experience is a plus but not required). Possesses excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging demeanor. Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Is tech-savvy and comfortable using various software applications and communication tools.
