Sales Support Specialist

Overview of the Position: Essential Job Duties... The duties and responsibilities of this position are service-based and will present new and diverse challenges daily. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Supporting outside sales and store associates • Generating and Managing leads + prospectives across our 123 store fleet • Updating our CRM daily • Training store staff on how to effectively use our CRM and software systems • Inside sales support for all associates out in the field • Drive top-line sales growth through corporate partnerships • Skills/Abilities: • Possess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing OR have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proficient computer skills • Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency • Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell • Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented • Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork Education and Experience • Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed • Possess an interest in career advancement Industry · Apparel & Fashion Employment Type · Full-time (hybrid) To execute the job duties of our Collection Specialist, you must be able to perform every one of the above essential job duties.
