Hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour Health and Dental Insurance (Employer Contribution) after 60 days, along with optional Vision Insurance Generous sick time policy with accrual of 1.85 hours every pay period 401K plan with a 6% company match contribution Paid vacation and personal days after one year of employment Supportive office environment with opportunities for professional growth What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Maintain accounts payable and vendor records, processing vendor payments weekly Match purchase orders with invoices, verify pricing, and input invoices into the system Prepare various reports related to accounts payable and payroll for financial reporting Assist in maintaining the general ledger through journal entries and account reconciliation Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with federal payroll laws and accuracy in deductions What Is Required (Qualifications) Associate's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable and Payroll Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP) Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform tasks requiring prolonged sitting How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Familiarity with GAAP principles Experience with Dynamics Great Plains ERP or similar software #Healthcare #AccountsPayable #Payroll #CareerOpportunity #EmployeeBenefits "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
